As of 10/22/2026, this proposed development plan has been authorized by the County. The site development permit expires in 3 years on 10/21/2029. However, Additional building, grading and encroachment permits must be obtained prior to construction.
The County finds that the proposed retaining walls to support existing but expanded driveway access with grading is in substantial conformance with the requirements of the County Design Review Ordinance. The proposed retaining walls are steel piles with wood or faux wood engineered lagging that matches the surrounding natural landscape and is similar to other retaining walls within the neighborhood. The proposed project will be of an appropriate scale and type of design that will enhance the aesthetic qualities of the subject property and reduce the visual impact of the proposed development on surrounding land uses.
